Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
--- pass pass 1¨
4ª pass pass dbl
pass 5¨ pass pass
pass.

Dbl = For takeout, similar to 4ª-pass-pass-dbl. 4NT would show ¨ and §, rather than ¨ and ©.

It is hard to predict, that a trump lead will set 4ª by 2 tricks, and 5¨ can be beaten right off the top, as well. In such cases, it is usually wise to try to take the opponents beyond their level of making.

More analysis to follow.

Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
--- --- pass pass
3NT dbl rdb 4ª
5¨ 5ª pass pass
pass.

3NT = Replacement of natural opening preempts of 4§ and 4¨, since we use 4§ and 4¨ to show solid 8-card ©- and ª-suits, with  no aces or kings alongside.
Dbl = For takeout.
Rdb = SOS, asking West to bid his suit. East should only pass, when he has solid grounds to expect West to make 3NT. If East responds 4§ or 4¨ to 3NT, he has some interest in slam.

More analysis to follow.

Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
--- --- --- pass
pass pass 1ª pass
1NT pass 2ª pass
pass pass.

1NT = One round force. South has one of many types of hands, no 4+ ª-suit, and 5-11 hcp.
2ª = 6+ suit, 11-14 hcp.

More analysis to follow.

Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
1ª 2© 2ª pass
pass pass.

2© = North must downgrade for his QJ-doubleton, so a strong takeout double is out of the question.
