Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
--- --- pass 1¨
pass 1© pass 1ª
pass 2§ pass 2¨
pass 3¨ pass 3©
pass 3ª pass 4§
pass 4© pass 4ª
pass 4NT pass 5©
pass 6¨ pass pass
pass.

2§ = Fourth suit forcing.
2¨ = 5+ ¨-suit.
3¨ = Designating ¨ as trump suit, and forcing game, since he used 4th suit at his second rebid.
3©, 3ª, 4§, 4© and 4ª = First or second round controls in the respective suits.
4NT = RKCB.
5© = 2 or 5 aces without the queen of trumps.

Even a ¨- lead and -return can't keep South from ruffing 2 spades for his precious slam.

More analysis to follow.

Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
--- --- --- pass
pass 2ª dbl 3ª
dbl pass 4© pass
pass pass.

2ª = Muiderberg weak-2: 5-card ª-suit, 4+ of a minor, 5-10 hcp.
3ª = Preemptive raise.
West's dbl = Responsive, since he is slightly too weak to bid 4© on his own, and he can't be too sure of East having a 4-card ©-suit.

More analysis to follow.

Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
pass 2ª 3© pass
4© pass pass dbl
pass pass pass.

2ª = Muiderberg weak-2: 5-card ª-suit, 4+ of a minor, 5-10 hcp.
3© = 5+ suit, 12-15 hcp.

It would be unwise to double on 4 trumps alone, but now there are very bright prospects of making East lose control over the trump suit by forcing him te ruff in his hand.
