Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
--- pass 1§ 1©
1ª 2© 4ª pass
pass pass.

1ª = 5-card suit, since we have negative doubles to show 4-card majors. East must alert.
2© = 4+ ©-support, since we use support doubles to show 3-card support or to invite to game. At this vulnerability, we do not recommend a preemptive raise of 3© with this particular hand.
4ª = With a 9+ fit in spades, void in their suit, and 2 aces, West should have a fair chance, even with a minimum hand. Note, that West actually makes game, even though his ©-holdings are entirely wasted.

More analysis to follow.

Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
--- --- --- pass
1§ 1¨ 1© pass
1ª 2¨ 4ª pass
pass pass.

1© = A negative double in this particular sequence requires 4-card suits in both majors, or 12+ hcp, or both.
4ª = With an 8+ fit in spades, a 7+ fit in clubs, a singleton in North's suit, 11 hcp, and an upgraded king*, not jumping to game would be little short of chicken.

More analysis to follow.

*North has bid twice, while South has passed throughout. If North had a 6+ ¨-suit, and less than opening strength, he would have had the option of making a weak jump overcall. If North's suit is too bad for an vulnerable jump overcall, it will certainly be too bad to voluntarily rebid such suit, when both opponents have bid, and therewith have exchanged vital information, that could be used to double for penalties.

Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
pass 2© 2ª 4©
4ª pass pass pass.

2© = Sort of Muiderberg weak-2: 5+ ©, 4+ of a minor, and 3-10 hcp. The way we have been informed by (inter-)national directors in the Netherlands, the name of Muiderberg is only allowed, when the hcp range lies between 5 and 11. If the name Muiderberg is linked with 5+ major, 4+ minor, but less than 5, or more than 11 hcp, we are discussing a so-called brown sticker convention. Such partnership understandings are only permitted at national and international level of competition, and only when the opponents have been informed in writing 'in time' (= at least 8 days in advance, to our best knowledge).
2ª = 5+ spades, 12-15 hcp.
4© = Preemptive and business at the same time, attempt to put West to a guess.
4ª = Preemptive and business at the same time, no need to guess, but attempt to backfire the job of guessing to South. North is supposed to pass quickly, for he has nothing to add to the story, he already told.

More analysis to follow.
