It turned out to be almost impossible, to keep record of the board, for
after having been played, to had to be shuffled again to comply with WBF law 6D2. So we
can only give you the boards of 2 matches, played on May 23, 2000:

On May 23, our team Beckers consisted of Jos(eph)
Beckers, Michel Franssen, Josée de Groot and Peter Soeterbroek. Jan Moonen, the regular
partner of Jos Beckers, only played the matches of May 9 and June 6. All matches consisted
of 12 boards.
Although the bookmakers gave team Beckers (Sittard 3) better odds than all of the
other teams together, it could only prove itself the first two nights. Two disasters, 3-25
against Schaffrath, and 2-25 against the Carpenters, not because of brilliant play of the
opponents, brought us down below earth.
