Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
2ª1 pass 4ª2 pass3
pass pass.

1 = Muiderberg weak-2: 5ª, 4+ of a minor, 5-10 hcp. Technically correct at all vulnerabilities: West has 2 top honors in his first suit, and an acceptable 6-card §-suit as well.
2 = A jump to game in the suit opener preempted on, can be both weak and strong. It's for NS to figure it out, not to North, who must always pass. Remember, 4ª denies slam interest.
3 = This hand is far weaker than the one that allowed West to overcall 5¨ in a similar auction on board 13. If South hesitates, and North takes action afterwards, EW should not hesitate to retain their rights (in Europe), or to call the cops to do so (in North America).

More discussion to follow.

Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South
--- pass 1¨ 2§
pass1 pass dbl2 pass
2©3 pass pass pass.

1 = West is stuck: 2© would promise a 5-card suit and 8-11 hcp, he can't raise daimonds, and he is an ace or so short of responding bidding 2NT. It would not be a mortal sin to negative double with only 4-3 in the majors, but he 4333-shape should keep him from doing so.
2 = The appropriate action, since West may be 'trapping': having excellent clubs, and waiting for East to double, in order to pass it out for penalties. West could never double for penalties himself, since we play negeative doubles all the way through 4©.
3 = The only thing West can do with this holding. requirements for 2NT could be lowered to a good 8-count or so, but here West only holds a bad 7-pointer.

More discussion to follow.

Recommended bidding sequence:

West North East South

pass 1§ 1¨ pass1
pass dbl2 pass 2¨3
pass 2NT4 pass pass
pass.

1 = South is stuck: his hand is about 1½ point short of cuebidding 2¨ at this point.
2 = From North's point of view, South can still be 'trapping'.
3 = Showing a type of hand, that was slightly short of an initial cuebid.
4 = North should bid 3NT with 14 hcp.

More discussion to follow.
